Measuring Progress & Success Indicators

The GCI, Inc. uses a combination of tools to track recruitment, participation, referrals, and service connections. Our most common tools are Social Solutions and Sales Force to track most of the critical input and output data. We also use Excel for tracking attendance and partnership progression and status.

We have over 200 Key Performance Indicators for hundreds of our activities. All of our activities are aligned with Missouri Learning Standards. Over time, we developed scores of Power Skills that are aligned with Missouri Learning Standards to ensure the whole child is served in a comprehensive framework aimed at achieving significant outcomes.
